    Abstract：

    后进生指的就是在学习过程中相对落后的一部分学生.后进生的转换是教师教学中的重要任务.后进生的形成原因有很多,需要教师能认真分析其产生的原因,制定切实可行的转换对策,激活学生的学习兴趣,提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,使其能够树立起学习的自信心,切实提高学生的数学素养.
