    Abstract：

    我国大学图书馆的图书文献资源是极为丰富的,然后,从当前的现状来看,不少大学图书馆的资源都没有得到有效利用,这主要是由于图书馆本身的管理模式存在问题,要求图书馆必须改变以往"重藏轻用"的管理模式,坚持个性化服务理念,构建一个全新的图书馆管理体系.本文笔者就对基于个性化服务的大学图书馆管理模式转变进行了分析和研究.
