    Abstract：

    数学科目历来都是在教育学习中占主要地位的科目,国家一直大力培养数学优秀人才.对于初中的数学培养,教师应该改变思想,转换教育形式,培养全方面的数学人才.根据近几年的研究发现,教师们的教学方法普遍单一,不能通过学生的性格特点进行知识教学,容易导致学生出现厌学的问题.为了更好的提高学生的学习质量,教师应反省自身教学过程,积极学习新颖的教学方式,为学生打造优质的课堂环境.
