    Abstract：

    高职院校作为人才培养的重要基地,在制定高职学生教育活动计划的过程中,必须把培养学生个性作为教学的重点和中心.通过学校的人格教育,可以有效地塑造学生的人生观、价值观和思想观念,从而在高职院校的展示过程中促进自身的素质和发展,培养学生人格的教育理念应该是制定教学计划的重要依据在高职院校.教师应积极创新学生思想教育方式,促进学生正确人格的培养.
