    音乐作为一种独特的艺术形式,人们在欣赏音乐的过程中与音乐产生共鸣,不仅能够发展身心,优美的音乐还能够抚慰人的精神和心灵.给人前进的动力.在高等教育阶段的音乐教育也是大学校园贯彻素质教育理念的方法之一.因此在新时代的大学生素质教育中,也必须对音乐教育进行改革和优化,使大学音乐教育能够帮助大学生提高艺术文化修养,促进大学生的身心健康发展.本论文围绕新时代大学音乐教育中存在的问题和解决办法进行研究探讨.以期为更好地发展新时代大学素质音乐教育提供理论支持.
