    我们常说孩子是一张张白纸,能否绘出美丽画卷,老师的点染至关重要;孩子是一棵棵小苗,能否长成参天大树,老师的培植至关重要.那我们应该如何去培养学生呢?在此之前,我们必须清楚一个方向:我们要把孩子培养成什么样的人?近二十年的教育教学中我总结出了一点浅显经验,愿与大家分享.
