    面对新课改的背景推进与素质教育的落实,教师需要将目光放在学生可持续发展、整体发展,教师不应该只考虑学生最后的考试结果.本文将通过转变理念、营造氛围、灵活教学、转变学习模式、构建健全评价体系,提高高中数学教育有效性.
