Abstract：
《数学课程标准》指出:"评价应以促进学生的发展为目标,即要关注学生知识与技能的理解与掌握,更要关注他们情感与态度的形成和发展;即要关注学生学习数学的结果与成效,更要关注他们学习过程中的变化和发展."因此,评价不是只为了选拔和甄别,更主要的是为了激励、反思和调整,人文化的激励性评价必将成为新理念下小学数学课堂评价的主要方式.
