    提高自己的业务能力.对于数学教学来说,学生们学会了某一种数学知识,却没有学会学习的方法,更不会把数学知识应用到生活中去,只是为了学习而学习,为了考试而学习.这不但不能达到素质教育的要求,反而抑制了学生本身具备的能力,堵死了学生多方面发展的道路.
