    近些年来,随着素质教育和全面发展理念的提出,体育教学开始在教育教学课程任务中占据着不可动摇的关键位置,各个高校也愈发注重对大学生的体育教育,旨在通过科学的训练强健他们的身体素质、促进其身心健康发展.然而,传统的教学模式中存在着许多问题,在不断的探索与实践中,以终身理念为中心的大学体育教学模式逐渐形成.
