    "亲其师,信其道".师生沟通是中学教育管理中的一项重要内容,良好的沟通机制有利于建立和谐的师生关系,能让教师及时发现学生思想、行为、认知等方面存在的问题.无论是在知识教育还是思想政治教育中,师生沟通都是不可或缺的,教师要切实认识师生沟通的重要性,创新沟通形式、丰富沟通内容,营造平等、和谐、真诚的沟通环境,为学生身心健康发展保驾护航.
