Abstract：
工匠精神作为职业精神的体现,是从业者对待职业在价值取向和行为上的一种表现.它与从业者的世界观、人生观和价值观密不可分.在职校教育中,引入工匠精神去提升职校学生就业创业能力,是中国经济发展的需要,是职校提高就业率的需要,也是职校学生生存发展的需要.本文在此背景下,分析目前职校就业创业现状,研究提升策略,以供参考.
