    Abstract：

    抑郁症是一种严重影响工作、学习、生活,甚至会危及生命的心理疾病.截止2018年数据中国有超过5400万人患有抑郁症,大学生作为一个具有较高智力和追求的社会群体,在新的教育体制和就业形势下,更易遭受抑郁侵袭.世界卫生组织曾指出,四分之一的中国大学生承认有抑郁症状,而这个患病数据也在逐年攀升.
