    Abstract：

    文化和语言之间的联系是非常紧密的,语言的背后就是文化,而文化的载体就是语言,语言被文化所包含,文化的形成又是建立在语言的基础上,因此,在语言教学中,文化的支持是必需的.英语教学作为语言教学,不但要教导学生语言知识,还应该提高学生的英语能力,让学生能够学以致用,本文也主要围绕英语文化基础上的大学英语教学模式进行分析和探讨.
