Abstract：
随着我国新课程改革的不断推进,学校越来越重视学生的全面发展,对学生们的评价标准从以前的学习发展成为一生的发展与人格的健全,所以健全人格的教育应该贯彻在每个课程中,包括初中英语课的教学当中.对于学生来说,学好英语这门学科十分重要,在英语的学习过程中,可以培养学生的知识运用与掌握能力,让学生掌握英语词汇、语法和阅读写作技巧可以保证学生有效地运用基础英语知识,提升英语表达能力,教师还要进行学生人格健全方面的教育,不仅提升学生的核心素养,还要提升学生的综合素养.
