Abstract：
近几年,我国社会经济发展十分迅速,社会各个行业均得到了较大的发展,在一定程度上促进了民众生活质量的提升.这种情况下,各行业对人才的要求也在不断提升,以往的人才培养模式已经不能满足现阶段人才培养的需求.现阶段,我国多数高职院校对工匠精神培养的重视程度较低,思政教育水平较低,人才培养工作开展情况并不理想.本文对工匠精神培养与高职思政教育结合的意义进行了详细的阐述,并提出了几点融合策略,以期能够为高职院校开展工作提供些许参考.
