    沟通是一门语言的技术,为了有效提高沟通的质量需要运用一些沟通技巧.小学班主任在开展工作的过程中要有效地将沟通艺术运用,提高与学生之间的互动频率,这样才能够更好的去引导学生.笔者对沟通艺术在小学班主任管理工作中的应用进行了讨论,希望能够为相关人员提供一定的帮助,让学生未来的发展也更加宽广.
