Abstract：
在如今的初中数学教学过程中,由于各种新式教学方式的普及,又出现了许多新的问题.为了解决学生在小组合作时对于小组讨论参与不积极的问题,教师可以采取小组积分的形式激发他们在课堂中的表现欲望,以此来增加初中数学课堂的教学质量.本文从小组积分制实行的好处与具体策略两个方面,结合具体教学案例对其进行了一番描述.
