    Abstract：

    农村初中数学作为农村教学的重要方面,也是农村初中学生和教学的一个短板.激励措施在农村初中教学的应用过程中有利于激发农村学生的学习自信.激励措施在农村初中数学小组合作学习应用中,能够进一步补齐农村教学短板,更好发挥小组合作学习的效果.为此,通过建立制度化标准化的奖励措施,采取多种形式、物质与精神并重的激励手段,可以有效地促进激励措施的实施.
