Abstract：

"人类灵魂的工程师"是社会赋予教师的最恰当称谓.灵魂就是人心,就是塑造具有人心的"人".这是教师的职业特点所决定的,教师教育对象是有血有肉的活生生的人.这就要求教师在教育中不能出错,也不允许出问题.教育成果不能是次品,必须是完美无缺的成品.这也符合教育本质,即以培养全面发展的人为核心素养的教育观.
