    随着社会经济的发展,人们生活质量不断提升,人们越来越关注健康问题,终身体育意识应时而生.高中体育教学不仅是培养终身体育意识的主战场,更是培养终身体育理念的主战场.基于此,本文将结合自身教学实践,浅谈如何在高中体育教学中培养学生的终身体育意识,形成良好运动观念.
