Abstract：
当前社会的用人需求发生了改变,不仅要求人才具备相应的专业知识与能力,还要求其具有良好的道德品质.在这种情况下,为了顺应社会对人才的需求,中职学校越来越将关注点放在德育教育工作上,对学生的人文素养进行大力培养.基于此,文章针对德育教育中的人文素质教育进行讨论和分析.
