    初中历史具有丰富的人文内涵,历史教师组织多样化的课堂活动,培养学生们的历史人文素养,对于初中生个性化的发展而言可以起到促进的作用.通过挖掘人文素材,并且丰富教学方法,充分激发学生们浓厚的学习兴趣,使他们发现历史学科的魅力所在,各项人才培养计划的实施能够变得非常顺利.在和谐互动关系的影响下,学生人文素养不断提升,历史教学工作取得了事半功倍的理想成效,才可以揭开素质教育的崭新篇章.
