    Abstract：

    高校干部是学校组织管理学生的重要部分,近年来国内高校规模不断扩大、学生不断增加,因此学生干部的组织作用越加明显与突出.本文在新时期下,首先简要分析了高校学生干部的存在的意义及重要性,指出了新时期高校学生干部培养模式的构建,最后探讨了高校学生干部培养模式创新,望能为此领域研究有所借鉴与帮助.
