Abstract：
随着基本扫除青壮年文盲与基本实施九年义务教育的政策在广西落实后,教学任务从原来的"能上学"转变为"上好学",如何使农村群众受到优质教育成为了广西玉林基础教育全面发展的主要课题.想要均衡发展城乡教育,就应使农村教学质量得到综合提升.想要提升广西玉林教育水平,就应创建完善的农村教师定向培养机制.对农村小学全科教师进行定向培养是改善农村教育现状的主要方式.
