Abstract：
德育工作一直以来都是学校教育教学工作的重要方面,不断渗透在学生智育、体育、美育、劳动教育等各个环节当中.对于小学生而言,养成良好的行为习惯至关重要,这又凸显了德育工作的重要性.德育工作常抓不懈,班主任的责任和作用较为重要,只有针对学生特点在班级管理当中进行德育渗透,才能收到良好的效果.
