    Abstract：

    随着新课改的深入,课堂教学模式有了明显的改变,教师注重突出学生的主体地位,对于数学教学而言,良好的教学行为对学生的学习起积极作用,教师的行为策略是否高效直接影响着教学成效.因此作为一线数学教师,加强对数学课堂教学行为策略的研究,提高教学效率,增强数学魅力,使学生的数学学习兴趣、能力与素养呈现递进式发展.
