    随着社会的发展,现在教育体系中加入了幼儿园教育,在教育管理中需要运用智慧管理策略,提高管理的有有效性,也促进幼儿园教育水平的提升,有助于幼儿园的持续发展.在目前的幼儿园教育管理中,因为幼儿的年龄,所以在管理工作上主要面向于幼师和教育内容、方式,而智慧管理可以让工作的开展效果得到有效提升,建立优秀的幼儿园教育氛围,提高教育水平,提升幼师的教学质量,也促进幼儿在教育中的全面发展.
