    Abstract：

    藏族文化是中华民族文化中的重要一员,藏区学生对藏语文的掌握是对优秀文化的传承也是发展民族文化的重要环节.高中藏语文教师应当以民族文化传承与发展为前提,不断改革藏语文教学的方式方法,让学生走自主阅读之路,引领学生更有效的了解藏语文知识,理解和掌握藏语文的文化内涵,从而提高高中藏语文教学的效率和质量,为民族文化发展奠定良好基础.
