    高中是为社会培养全面发展合格人才的重要阶段,进入高中阶段,大多数的学生性格品格已经初步形成,再想要改变有些困难,所以高中阶段对学生们的日常管理是一大难题.本文结合自己的经验针对高中班主任开展德育教育谈谈感悟,希望和广大同仁共勉.
