    Abstract：

    精心的教学设计是实施有效教学的前提,精彩的教学生成是在教师引导,凸显学生主体学习活动及师生互动、共同学习提高的过程.教学中教师应该机智巧妙地引导学生化解和消除学习中的难点,促成精彩的教学生成,提高教学效率,切不可因追求完成预定的教学进度而跳过学生知识的困惑点,忽视学生自主学习过程,形成学生思维的空洞,影响学生思维能力的提升,造成教学低效.
