Abstract：
随着素质教育的不断推进,新课改的不断施行,开设心理健康教育活动课程是对初中学生进行心理健康教育的主要突破口,是对正处于青春期的初中学生必不可少的教学活动,教师合理的运用教学方法给学生进行有计划、有目标的心理健康教育显得尤为重要.基于此,文章探讨了初中心理健康教育目标定位及具体措施.
