    Abstract：

    随着我国市场经济的快速发展,我国金融行业的规模不断扩大,对我国经济发展具有很强的支撑作用.但目前一些金融企业在开展金融管理的过程中,还存在金融风险识别意识和能力不强的问题,导致出现了一系列风险.本文对此进行了研究和探讨,在简要分析有效识别金融风险重要价值的基础上重点分析了存在的制约因素,并提出了有针对性的优化对策.
