Abstract：
随着社会的发展,单一的学校育人远不能适应新时期教育改革与发展的需要.无论是学校教育还是家庭教育,教育的核心是育人,是培养健全的人格.家庭教育的主要功能和作用就是培养孩子的健全人格和生活的能力,现代育人的核心既在学校,也在家庭和家长这里.家庭教育不再是学校教育的补充,而应成为学校教育的基础.
