    公立医院是一个专业性人才聚集的技术型事业单位,不同于其他常规企业,因此在管理上存在着差异,当前社会上大多数企业实行的人力资源管理模式并不适用于公立医院.思考与创新公立医院的人力资源管理工作模式,加强公立医院的人力资源管理能力,才是公立医院持续稳定健康发展的有效保证.
