Abstract：
初中教育是学生重要的成长阶段,初中学生正处于形成完善人格的重要时期,在初中班级管理中有效渗透德育教育,能够提高学生的思想意识水平,从而实现初中教育对学生素质的积极作用.本文通过对班主任管理工作中渗透德育的策略进行研究,旨在能够为初中班主任加强班级德育水平提供有效的思路.
