    Abstract：

    本文通过分析互联网视域下中职"职业道德与法律"课教学方式变革的新需求及教学模式和学习方式变革的新需求,认为传统的教学模式和方法以及现有的教学资源已不能完全适应互联网发展需求,网络教学提供给中职教学更好的教育改革机会,转化教学意识,变得更加有张力,突破时空的局限.在现阶段的中职教育中,学校和教师开始认识到应用互联网的重要性.在这样的状况下,中职学校就应注重应用互联网对教学进行优化,以教学《职业道德与法律》为例,创新教学途径,使教学更加的有效.
