    Abstract：

    在当前社会,交际能力与合作能力是学生就业考核的重要内容.我国学生主要是通过在学校接受教育,而在学校教育中,怎样培养学生的合作能力与交际能力以便顺应时代发展对人才的需求成了学校的关注点.中学英语新课改理念强调,教育要以学生的发展为根本,创新教学方式,即以合作、探究及自主性学习方式为基准.所以小组合作学习方式是新课改下中学英语教学中的重要应用方式.
