    Abstract：

    随着现代"互联网+"社会的来临,现代农村留守学生呈现出思想多元化倾向,对于心理健康教育的要求也越来越高.在开展农村初中心理健康教育工作中,留守学生是一个特殊群体,做好留守学生心理教育工作,对于提升班级综合管理效能具有重要意义.作为教师,要融入积极心理学,创新教育工作方法,加强与留守学生之间的沟通交流,尊重学生的内心,维持良好的师生关系,并树立自己作为教师的主导地位,加强与留守学生之间的沟通协调,提升综合教育与管理效能,真正通过创新教师工作,助力留守学生的健康成长.
