    Abstract：

    人事档案管理在事业单位档案管理中具有突出地位,其档案管理效果对人事管理工作的开展有重要影响.传统的人力档案管理方式效率低下,目前事业单位已经基本完成了人事档案管理的信息化建设,但在其建设和使用过程中,仍存在许多问题,没有完全发挥信息化人事档案管理的作用.本文将对事业单位人事档案信息化管理的现状及存在问题进行分析,并提出几点改善对策.
