    随着教育教学改革的不断推进,高中体育教育对其教学内容与手段都进行了不同程度的革新.而为进一步向素质化全面教育方向发展,高中体育教学将愈来愈多的关注点放在了拓展训练上.本文结合高中体育教学现状,就教学中拓展训练的重要性,对在高中体育教学中应用拓展训练的有效策略进行浅析.
