Abstract：

在知识经济的社会中,创新能力是人最重要的能力之一.学生与教师最基本的交往就是课堂教学,只有充分利用课堂教学对学生进行创新意识和创新精神的培养, 才能更好地提高学生的创新思维和创新能力.本文,笔者结合自己数学教学的实践,从数学教师的素养、融洽和谐的师生关系、学生的自信心等方面作了阐述.
