    Abstract：

    分层教学模式即将班级学生有机划分为若干个学习层次,根据不同学习层次学生的学习特点实施的一种现代教学模式.该教学模式尊重个体差异,遵循因材施教的基本原则,极为符合新课程倡导的相关理念.因此,近年来关于分层教学模式及其在初中数学课堂教学中具体运用的研究也越来越多.本文分析了初中数学分层教学模式应用的优势,阐述了初中数学教学中实施分层教学的具体措施.
