    Abstract：

    大学生就业是我国高校学生工作的重中之重,随着经济形势发展变化和高校就业指导工作的深入开展,促进大学毕业生顺利就业已不再是唯一焦点,而如何提高就业质量,实现毕业生与工作岗位的有效匹配,让毕业生能够在工作岗位中充分发挥专业所学、自身特长与个人能力,是当前高校就业指导工作面临的亟待解决的新问题.本文主要通过对当前就业过程中的大学生心理健康状况及成因进行了简要分析.阐述了心理辅导的原则,提出了辅导方法,强调了学生进行自我辅导的重要性及方式.并提出了预防就业过程中心理疾病的系列措施.
