班级管理工作是初中教育阶段最重要的环节之一.教育的根本任务是立德树人.初中阶段是学生的人生观和价值观养成的重要阶段,德育工作的重要性也就不言而喻了.而作为一名初中班主任,将德育工作落实到位是任重而道远的.本文将针对现今初中班级管理中存在的问题和有效实施德育的途径进行分析和探讨.
