    初中语文教师在进行教学引导的过程当中,要摒弃传统教学观念,以学生作为教学的主体,尊重每一位学生的性格特点以及学习状态,帮助每一位学生寻找到良好的学习技巧来进行学习方面的提升和拓展.所以教师要善于用爱来进行教学上的投入和引导帮助每一位学生进行学习上的进步,提高学生的综合素质.所以本文主要是针对语文教师在进行初中教学引导的过程当中,如何用爱来激励学困生,进行学习上的进步和提升.使学困生能够养成良好的学习习惯,提升学生的各项素质.
