    Abstract：

    高中阶段化学的学习需要注重塑造完善、系统的知识体系与教学体系.因此高中化学的衔接式教学能够帮助学生在知识的迁移、举一反三中提升知识的认知、理解、运用能力.在本文中,笔者以人教版必修2与选修4"化学反应与能量变化"为例讲述了高中化学课程应该如何在教学内容以及教学方式上进行有效的衔接,并具体到衔接课程的课程思路以及实践设计.
