    Abstract：

    随着教育体制改革的不断深入,我国在开展教学过程中越来越重视通过核心素养来强化学生的综合素质,并且要将核心素养的培养深入到全部教学环节.对高中体育教学来讲,我们不能仅将其看成是锻炼学生身体素质的学科,应发挥体育的学科特性来培养学生的核心素养,从而让学生的综合素质得到强化.本文首先对核心素养和体育核心素养作了分析,随后阐述了高中体育教学核心素养的培养策略.
