    Abstract：

    本文以秦皇岛领航外语学校的艺术生为例子,通过使用一种简单又行之有效的"星星奖励机制"来提高艺术生英语学习的效率.这个教学方法的实施,不仅大大提高了艺术生的听课质量,还在很大程度上调动了学生配合老师回答问题的积极性,营造了主动的课堂氛围.
