    在小学教育当中,高年级的学生正处于青春期的初始阶段,在这一时期学生青春叛逆的现象较为明显.此时需要教师对学生采取科学的个性施教,正确的引导和帮助学生,不要让学生在青春叛逆期做出不良行为,影响学生未来的健康成长与发展.教师需要格外重视小学阶段青春叛逆期的个性教育实施,正确引导学生在阳光的道路上前行,使多彩的青春能够放声歌唱.本文对小学阶段青春叛逆期的个性施教方法进行分析.
